Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If something is wrong with your order please contact us immediately. We do not accept returns on gift cards, services, or downloaded content. Online purchases must notify us within 5 days of receiving defective or damaged goods.
We aim for your complete satisfaction. Should your item(s) be defective or damaged during shipment we kindly ask that you take photos of any damage to the packaging as well as damaged art and email pictures of the damage to us at email@example.com so we may properly document it. Additionally, please save any box, packaging, or shipping materials in the event a return is required. We will work with our printing and delivery partners to report and resolve the issue and have a replacement sent to you.
